In a food processor or by hand, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate in a microwave or on a stovetop using a double boiler.
Using a fork or a toothpick, dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place them back on the parchment paper.
Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the chocolate-coated Oreo truffles for decoration.
Allow the chocolate coating to set by refrigerating the truffles for another 15-20 minutes.
Your Oreo truffles are ready to be enjoyed!
