Ingredients

  • 300 g Oreos Crushed
  • 200 g Cream Cheese Softened
  • 200 g White Chocolate Melted
  • 50 g Dark Chocolate Melted (for decoration)

Instructions

  • In a food processor or by hand, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined.
  • Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  • While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate in a microwave or on a stovetop using a double boiler.
  • Using a fork or a toothpick, dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Place them back on the parchment paper.
  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the chocolate-coated Oreo truffles for decoration.
  • Allow the chocolate coating to set by refrigerating the truffles for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Your Oreo truffles are ready to be enjoyed!
