Olive Oil: Olive oil is used to coat the potato wedges before roasting, adding richness and helping them to crisp up in the oven. It is a heart-healthy fat that also adds flavor to the dish.

Paprika: Paprika is a spice made from dried and ground red peppers. It adds a smoky flavor and vibrant color to the potato wedges, enhancing their visual appeal as well as taste.

Garlic Powder: Garlic powder is used to season the potato wedges, providing a savory, umami flavor without the need for fresh garlic. It is convenient to use and disperses evenly throughout the dish.

Onion Powder: Onion powder adds a subtle sweetness and depth of flavor to the potato wedges. It is made from dried and ground onions, enhancing the overall taste of the dish.

Cayenne Pepper: Cayenne pepper provides a spicy kick to the roasted potato wedges. It adds heat and a touch of pungency, balancing out the other flavors in the dish.

Salt: Salt is a crucial seasoning in this recipe, helping to enhance the natural flavors of the potatoes and other ingredients. It also aids in the browning and crisping of the potato wedges during roasting.

Black Pepper: Black pepper adds a mild heat and earthy flavor to the dish. It complements the other spices and helps to round out the overall taste of the roasted potato wedges.

Fresh Parsley: Fresh parsley is used as a garnish for the spicy roasted potato wedges, adding a pop of color and fresh herbaceous flavor to the dish. It provides a bright finishing touch to the dish before serving.
