  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes Adjust to taste
  • Coriander

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Place the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the wings are well coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the bowl and let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes for more flavour.
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer, leaving space between each wing.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy. You can flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish the wings with fresh cilantro or sesame seeds for added flavour and presentation.
  • Serve the honey garlic chicken wings hot as an appetizer or a main dish, accompanied by your favourite dipping sauce.
