Start by washing the blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
In a blender, combine the blueberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
Pause and check the consistency. If the milkshake is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk and blend again.
Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
Once the milkshake reaches your preferred consistency and taste, stop blending.
Pour the blueberry milkshake into serving glasses.
You can optionally top the milkshake with a few fresh blueberries or a drizzle of honey for garnish.
