Ingredients

  • 250 g Blueberries
  • 500 ml Ice Cream Vanilla
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Start by washing the blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • In a blender, combine the blueberries, vanilla ice cream, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pause and check the consistency. If the milkshake is too thick for your liking, you can add a little more milk and blend again.
  • Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
  • Once the milkshake reaches your preferred consistency and taste, stop blending.
  • Pour the blueberry milkshake into serving glasses.
  • You can optionally top the milkshake with a few fresh blueberries or a drizzle of honey for garnish.

Notes

If you want a thicker milkshake, you can use frozen blueberries instead of fresh ones.
Feel free to adjust the amount of honey based on your sweetness preference.
