Ingredients

Chicken Breast: Chicken breast is the main ingredient in this recipe. It is a lean cut of meat that is low in fat and high in protein, making it a healthy choice for a meal. It is commonly used in a variety of recipes, including chicken goujons.

Plain Flour: Plain flour is used as a coating for the chicken goujons. It helps to create a crispy exterior when the chicken is fried. It also helps to bind the other seasonings to the chicken.

Paprika: Paprika is a spice that adds a mild heat and a burst of color to the chicken goujons. It is made by grinding sweet red peppers and is commonly used in a variety of dishes for flavor and color.

Garlic Powder: Garlic powder is a convenient way to add the flavor of garlic to dishes without having to mince fresh garlic. It provides a subtle garlic flavor to the chicken goujons.

Onion Powder: Onion powder is made from dehydrated onions that are finely ground into a powder. It adds a savory, slightly sweet flavor to the chicken goujons.

Eggs: Eggs are used to coat the chicken before dipping it into the breadcrumb mixture. The eggs help the breadcrumbs stick to the chicken and create a crispy coating when fried.

Breadcrumbs: Breadcrumbs are used to coat the chicken goujons and create a crispy exterior when fried. They can be plain or seasoned with additional herbs and spices for extra flavor.

Salt: Salt is a crucial ingredient in cooking as it enhances the flavor of the other ingredients. It is used to season the chicken goujons before frying.

Pepper: Pepper is used to add a bit of heat and flavor to the chicken goujons. It can be black pepper or white pepper, depending on personal preference.
