Chicken charsi karahi is a lightly spiced chicken curry recipe. With a lucious and thick tomato masala base, this karahi recipe is perfect served with homemade naan.
Chop the tomatoes in half and place face down on the chicken before covering and cook for 4-5 minutes
Use tongs and remove the tomato skins then cook for 8-10 minutes on high heat until any excess water dries up
Add the black pepper and julienne ginger then cook for 1-2 minutes
Serve immediately with a side of homemade naan bread and enjoy!
