In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the plain yogurt, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix well.
Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while stirring. Mix until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape them into balls.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Take one dough ball and roll it out into a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Place the rolled-out dough onto the heated pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface.
Flip the naan bread and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side, until golden brown spots appear.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
While the naan bread is still warm, brush the surface with melted butter and garnish with chopped cilantro on top.
Serve the No Yeast Naan Bread warm with your favourite curry or dip.

Are these amounts correct? Because my dough is so dry and stiff and hard that I can’t even need it at all!
Sometimes flour can be tricky! Just add a little splash of water and knead again, it should soften up nicely.
Something wrong, to dry and nothing pops.
