In a blender, add the vanilla ice cream, Nutella, cold milk, ripe banana, and vanilla extract.
Blend everything on high speed until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined.
Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more Nutella or milk if needed. Blend again if you make any adjustments.
Once you’re satisfied with the taste and texture, stop the blender and check if there are any Nutella or banana chunks remaining. If needed, blend for a few more seconds.
Take two serving glasses and drizzle some extra Nutella inside each glass, allowing it to drip down the sides.
Carefully pour the prepared Nutella milkshake into the glasses, filling them about 3/4 full.
If desired, top the milkshake with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of chopped hazelnuts for added flavour and texture.
Serve the Nutella milkshake immediately and enjoy!
