Ingredients

  • 250 g Bread Flour Strong white
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 7 g Yeast Sachet fast-action
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150 ml Warm Water
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 1 Parsley Fresh, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  • Make a well in the centre and add the olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it proof for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan/gas mark 7).
  • Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness for the pizza bread.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and melted butter.
  • Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the pizza bread is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  • Slice and serve hot.
