Ingredients

  • 1 L Water
  • 4 tbsp Green Tea leaves
  • 4 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 4 tbsp Sugar adjust to taste

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the loose green tea leaves.
  • Steep the tea for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  • Strain the tea into a teapot, discarding the tea leaves.
  • Stir in the fresh mint leaves and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Allow the tea to steep with the mint leaves for another 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour the Moroccan Mint Tea into cups and serve hot.
