Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil.
Add the noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions or until they are al dente. This usually takes around 8-10 minutes.
While the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and return them to the pot.
Pour the melted butter over the cooked noodles and toss to coat them evenly.
Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the noodles and give it another toss.
Divide the buttered noodles between serving plates.
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley.
Serve the butter noodles warm as a delicious side dish or a quick main course.
