  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 handful Coriander

Instructions

  • Cut slits in the chicken legs to allow the marinade to penetrate.
  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.
  • Add the chicken legs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade, ensuring they are fully covered.
  • Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to soak in.
