Ingredients

  • 400 g Chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • 1 Cucumber Diced
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Red Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper Diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Oregano Dried
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
