Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian Bread Halved crosswise
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 6 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • On a baking sheet toast the bread slices under a preheated broiler for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden.
  • Transferring them as they are toasted to a work surface.
  • Rub one side of each toast slice with the cut side of a garlic clove, drizzle or brush it generously with olive oil.
