Ingredients

  • 800 g Potatoes washed and diced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the spices and oil.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
