Place the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl.
Season the wings with paprika powder, dried oregano, onion powder, chilli flakes, salt, and garlic powder.
Pour in the oil, lemon juice, peri peri sauce, mayonnaise, and tomato puree.
Mix everything thoroughly until the wings are fully coated and the marinade is evenly distributed.
Cover the bowl and allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours in the fridge so the flavours develop properly.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with a baking sheet.
Arrange the marinated wings on the tray in a single layer so they cook evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes, then turn the wings over to ensure even cooking on both sides.
Continue baking for a further 20 minutes until the wings are cooked through and slightly crisp on the edges.
Baste the wings with the juices from the tray before serving for extra flavour and moisture.
