Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Legs
  • 100 g Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek

Instructions

  • Cut slits in the chicken legs to help the marinade absorb better.
  • In a bowl, add the ingredients. Mix well until fully combined.
  • Add the chicken legs to the bowl, ensuring they are fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let it marinate for at least 1 hour for the best flavour.
  • Heat up a grill pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • Place the marinated chicken legs onto the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side. Keep turning the chicken occasionally to ensure even cooking and to prevent burning.
  • Once fully cooked and slightly charred, remove from the pan and serve hot.
