Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground black pepper, salt, paprika, and onion powder.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the marinade.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavours to meld.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the prepared baking tray in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown, flipping them halfway through cooking.
Once cooked, transfer the chicken wings to a serving platter.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
