Place the beef onto the mini tortilla and use the back of a spoon or your fingers to gently press and flatten it, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer that covers the entire surface.
Sprinkle a generous pinch of salt and black pepper over the beef to season it evenly.
Set a non-stick or cast iron pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium, allowing the pan to warm up for a minute or two.
Carefully place the tortilla onto the hot pan with the beef side facing down, making sure it lies flat against the pan’s surface.
Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat without moving it, allowing the beef to brown and develop a crust.
Flip the tortilla over so the beef side is now facing up, reduce the heat to low, and immediately add your slice of cheese on top of the beef, followed by lettuce, onions, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Let it cook briefly to melt the cheese slightly before removing from the pan.
