Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the plain flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In another shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Place the breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl.
  • Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once cooked, transfer the chicken nuggets to a plate lined with kitchen paper to drain any excess oil.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
