Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked ziti pasta and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Add the cheese mixture to the pasta and sauce mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminium foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
