In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chilies.
Add the ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, paprika, and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
Let the mixture rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
After the proofing time, take small portions of the chicken mixture and shape them into long, cylindrical kebabs.
Preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. You can also cook these kebabs in the oven.
Grill the chicken seekh kebabs for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves.
Serve hot with naan bread or rice, and your favourite chutney.
Enjoy your delicious Chicken Seekh Kebabs!

Hi can you air fry them aswell? If so which temperature and for how long.
Yep, you can air fry them. Preheat to 180°C and cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through so they brown evenly. Just make sure they’re cooked through in the middle before serving. 😊
