Ingredients

  • 225 g Butter Unsalted, Softened
  • 200 g Sugar Granulated
  • 200 g Brown Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 375 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 200 g M&M'S

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, and continue to beat until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a cookie dough forms.
  • Gently fold in the M&M candies, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Scoop out portions of cookie dough using a tablespoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie.
  • If you prefer, you can refrigerate the cookie dough for about 30 minutes at this point for slightly thicker cookies.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden but the centers are still soft.
  • Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
