Ingredients

  • 200g ripe Bananas
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Honey Optional
  • Ice Cubes Optional

Instructions

  • Cut the bananas into chunks and add them to a blender.
  • Pour in the milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if desired).
  • To make a cold milkshake, add a few ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until they are smooth and creamy, which should take about 1-2 minutes.
  • Divide the banana milkshake between two glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

If you want a dairy-free version, use almond milk, coconut milk, or another plant-based milk of your choice.
Adjust the thickness of the milkshake by adding more or less milk to your preference.
For an extra kick of flavour, consider adding a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the blender.
