Ingredients

  • 200 g Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl mix the plain flour with all the rest of the dry ingredients until well combined
  • Crack the eggs and whisk until the egg yolks and egg whites are evenly combined
  • When ready to fry heat a pan with oil for deep frying until medium-hot ensuring that the oil is not too hot
  • Dip the chicken into the egg and then into the flour mixture before repeating by dipping into egg and flour again
  • Shake off any excess flour on the chicken then add the chicken into the fryer - there should be tiny bubbles surrounding them – and allow the chicken to cook undisturbed for 6-8 minutes until golden brown before flipping and allowing to cook for another 6-8 minutes until golden brown on the other side
  • Serve with French fries and the dip of your choice!
