A basic green chutney recipe served alongside spicy Indian appetisers. Not only is it delicious, but its low calories make it one of the healthiest dips around.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Dhaniya
  • 50 g Mint Pudina
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 3 Garlic
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • In a food processer add all the ingredients and blend until all the ingredients are broken down and form a thick paste – at this point the mixture can be frozen
  • Serve as a dipping sauce alongside homemade aloo samosas and enjoy!
