Ingredients

  • 750 g Chips fried
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper red
  • 1/2 Bell Pepper green
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a wide pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  • Add the onion along with the red and green bell peppers. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring regularly, until softened but not browned.
  • Stir in the garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute, allowing the raw aroma to cook out.
  • Sprinkle in the salt, white pepper, chilli flakes, and garlic powder. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly so the spices do not burn and coat the vegetables evenly.
  • Add the fried chips to the pan and gently mix using a spoon until fully coated with the seasoning and vegetables.
  • Once everything is evenly combined and heated through, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
