Raising Cane’s Sauce is a tangy, creamy dipping sauce with a perfect balance of spices. Loved for its bold flavour, it turns simple chicken fingers into a crave-worthy snack that’s zesty, smooth and addictive.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 50 g Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Take a medium-sized mixing bowl and place the mayonnaise and ketchup into it.
  • Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and gently fold it into the mixture until it is fully combined.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder and black pepper over the mixture, and stir thoroughly to incorporate all the flavours.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning slightly if needed, ensuring a balanced flavour.
  • Transfer the sauce to a serving container and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavours to meld before serving.
