Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Mangoes Peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 250 ml Yoghurt
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 handful Ice

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the diced mangoes.
  • Add the plain yogurt and milk to the blender.
  • Drizzle in the honey for sweetness.
  • Pour in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavour.
  • Add the ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
  • Blend all the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
  • Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, turn off the blender.

Notes

Make sure to use ripe mangoes for the best flavour and sweetness.
Feel free to adjust the amount of honey based on your personal preference.
You can use frozen mango chunks instead of ice cubes to make the smoothie even colder without diluting the flavour.
If you like your smoothie thinner, you can add a bit more milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.
Garnish the smoothie with a slice of fresh mango or a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving, if desired.
