Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes Washed, cubed
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the cubed potatoes to the bowl and toss them until they are well coated with the garlic mixture.
  • Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.
  • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and roast the potatoes for about 40 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle them with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Toss the potatoes gently to distribute the parsley evenly.
  • Serve the roasted garlic potatoes hot as a delicious side dish.

You can adjust the amount of garlic according to your preference.
