Ingredients

  • 8 Lamb Chops
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Finely chopped
  • Lemon
  • 2 tbsp OIl
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Place the lamb chops in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all chops are well coated with the marinade. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, shaking off excess. Grill for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • Let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving, to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad and enjoy!

Notes

The marination time is a key factor for this recipe.
Allowing the lamb to marinate for at least 2 hours will help the flavours to penetrate deeply into the meat, resulting in a more flavourful dish.
If you have the time, marinating overnight will give even better results.
