Ingredients

  • 4 mini Tortilla
  • 300 g Minced Beef
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Big Mac Sauce
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 100 g Lettuce shredded
  • 100 g Pickles

Instructions

  • Place the beef onto the mini tortilla and use the back of a spoon or your fingers to gently press and flatten it, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer that covers the entire surface.
  • Sprinkle a generous pinch of salt and black pepper over the beef to season it evenly.
  • Set a non-stick or cast iron pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium, allowing the pan to warm up for a minute or two.
  • Carefully place the tortilla onto the hot pan with the beef side facing down, making sure it lies flat against the pan’s surface.
  • Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat without moving it, allowing the beef to brown and develop a crust.
  • Flip the tortilla over so the beef side is now facing up, reduce the heat to low.
  • Add your slice of cheese on top of the beef, followed by lettuce, onions, pickles, and a drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
  • Let it cook briefly to melt the cheese slightly before removing from the pan.
