Ingredients

  • 300 g Chicken Breast Cooked and diced
  • 1 Red Onion Thinly sliced
  • 1 Cucumber Diced
  • 1 Celery Chopped
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced red onion, diced cucumber, and chopped celery.
  • Add 4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise to the bowl and mix everything together until the ingredients are well coated with the mayo.
  • Season the salad with salt and pepper to taste. You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
  • Serve the Chicken Salad immediately or refrigerate it for a refreshing and healthy meal.
