Ingredients

  • 200 g All Purpose Flour
  • 100 g Butter Unsalted, Softened
  • 150 g Sugar Granulated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 150 g Oreo Cookies Crushed
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Spread the all-purpose flour evenly on a baking tray. Bake it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes to kill any potential bacteria in the flour. Let it cool completely.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until well combined.
  • Gradually add the baked and cooled flour into the mixture, mixing continuously to avoid lumps.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  • Your Oreo cookie dough is ready to enjoy! You can eat it as is or use it as a topping for ice cream, brownies, or other desserts
