Ingredients

  • 2 medium Fennel Bulbs
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt And Black Pepper To taste
  • 1 handful Parsley Leaves Fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • Trim the tops and bottoms of the fennel bulbs. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the tough core. Thinly slice the fennel using a sharp knife or a mandolin slicer.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced fennel and chopped parsley.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the fennel and parsley. Toss everything together to ensure the salad is evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Arrange the salad on a serving platter or individual plates.
