Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes Peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Dried
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 6).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato chunks, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the potato mixture and toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking tray.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Once done, remove the garlic roasted potatoes from the oven and serve hot.
