Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Chillies Adjust to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley Chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, and crushed chilli.
  • Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the bowl and toss them well to coat with the seasoning mixture. Let the chicken marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet or frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. You might need to cook the chicken in batches.
  • Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden-brown colour. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 75°C (165°F).
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss it in the melted garlic butter for a couple of minutes to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites hot as an appetizer, snack, or as a main dish along with your favourite side dishes.

Notes

Make sure to adjust the red pepper flakes according to your preferred level of spiciness.
You can serve these chicken bites with a side of rice, pasta, or a simple salad for a complete meal.
This recipe is versatile; you can also add a squeeze of lemon juice for a tangy twist.
