Ingredients

  • 800 g Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger Grated
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Green Onions Garnish
  • Sesame Seeds Garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the sauce is well combined.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
  • Serve the Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings hot as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

Adjust the amount of sriracha sauce according to your desired level of spiciness.
Feel free to serve the wings with a side of ranch dressing or a dipping sauce of your choice.
