Fish Nuggets

Fish nuggets are a simple and quick afterschool snack for kids. Golden brown, crunchy, and tasty, these fried fish nuggets are perfect for lunchboxes. Serve with any dip of your choice and enjoy.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
Put breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Coat each piece of fish with the flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to help the coating adhere.
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the base.
Once the oil is hot, fry the fish nuggets in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked fish nuggets to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve hot with tartar sauce or your preferred dipping sauce.
