Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/2 Red Onion Chopped
  • 60 ml Coriander
  • 1 Jalapeño Seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Begin by adding chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, fresh cilantro, a seeded and finely chopped jalapeño pepper, and minced garlic to a blender.
  • Add fresh lime juice and salt to the mixture.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  • Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl, cover it, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavours to blend together.
  • When ready to serve, give the salsa a good stir and serve it chilled with tortilla chips, or as a topping for tacos, burritos, or other Mexican dishes.
