Ingredients

  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 50 g Butter Unsalted
  • 125 ml Hot Sauce Such as Frank's RedHot
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Vegetable Oil For Frying

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Mix together plain flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
  • Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
  • Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep-frying pan to cover the wings.
  • Fry the chicken wings in batches for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in hot sauce and honey.
  • Transfer the cooked wings to the saucepan and coat generously with the buffalo sauce.
  • Serve the buffalo wings hot with your desired dipping sauce.
