No Dough Paratha

This no dough paratha recipe is made in 15 minutes and tastes just as good. So simple to make and easy to prepare without any hassle. Serve alongside curries to make a delicious Indian meal!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 350 ml Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil and stir until combined
  • Add the water in parts and whisk until a thin batter forms
  • On a skillet brush the pan with oil
  • Use a ladle to pour the batter into the skillet
  • Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until brown spots begin to appear
  • Flip and brush with oil then cook for a further 2-3 minutes
  • Serve immediately with a side of curry and enjoy!
