Ingredients

  • 100 ml Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Chicken
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 inch Ginger

Instructions

  • In a large pan heat up the oil on medium heat until hot
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
  • Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes until the chicken has changed colour
  • As the chicken is cooking chop the tomatoes then add into the pan along with the salt and black pepper then cook for a further 15 minutes
  • Slice the green chillies lengthwise and julienne the ginger then add to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes
  • Serve immediately and enjoy with buttered naan or a plain chapatti!
