Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a large frying melt the butter on low to medium heat
  • Crack the eggs into a separate bowl then whisk and add to the pan ensuring that the mixture spreads all over the pan
  • Immediately add the slices of bread into the pan then once the egg had coated the bottom of the bread turn over the bread slice immediately - make sure that you leave a little gap in between the two slices so that they can be flipped on top of one another
  • Cook the egg for 2-3 minutes until it has set then once cooked, use a spatula, and slide underneath the bread slides and flip
  • Add the cheese, salt, and black pepper along with any toppings of your choice on one of the bread slices then flip over any excess egg on the side
  • Flip the toast with no toppings on top of the other create a sandwich then cook for 30 seconds to allow the cheese to bind the two pieces together
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
