This spicy chicken wings recipe is so delicious you'll be preparing it over and over again just like I do. A beautiful platter of spicy wings with rice and fries is my absolute favourite.
In a large bowl add the marinade ingredients to the chicken wings then mix until all the wings are evenly coated (See note 1)
Once the chicken has marinated then heat a pan with oil for deep frying until hot then gently add the chicken wings and fry for 6-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown (See note 2)
Once all the chicken wings have been fried set aside, as you prepare the sauce.
In a pan heat up the olive oil on medium heat until hot before adding the crushed chillies and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes
Add the chilli sauce and tomato ketchup then cook for a further 1-2 minutes
Add the fried chicken wings then mix until all the chicken wings are evenly coated with the sauce.
Serve with a side of French fries and enjoy!

Notes
Note 1 – Chicken wings with the skin are best for any fried chicken recipe as it allows for that extra crispiness. It also adds flavour and keeps the chicken moist during the cooking process.Note 2 – It is best to marinate the chicken wings for as long as possible as it allows for maximum flavour to develop, overnight is preferable. However, if you are short on time then you can fry straight away.Nutritional facts:The provision of nutritional information is done so merely as a courtesy and should not be taken as a guarantee.
